1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ong44" refers to the online casino platform operating under the domain ong44.pro, including all services, features, and content provided within it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the ong44 platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal profile containing personal information, credit balance, transaction history, and gaming activity records.

3Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Ong44 supports a variety of popular local payment methods in Malaysia to facilitate members' financial transactions. All deposits and withdrawals are processed through fully encrypted, secure channels.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, accounts with deposits exceeding certain amounts may require additional KYC verification as a security measure. Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a 20x rollover requirement on the bonus amount within 14 days from the date the bonus is credited.

Weekly Cashback: Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses over a 7-day period. Cashback carries no rollover requirement and may be withdrawn directly once credited to your account.

5Game Rules & Wagering

Members are solely responsible for all wagering decisions made. ong44 is not liable for any losses arising from game outcomes that members find unsatisfactory.

• Technical failures during a game session caused by connectivity issues on the member's end will not constitute grounds for any refund claim.
• Should a technical disruption on ong44's end affect a game outcome, the matter will be investigated and resolved based on stored system records.
• Ong44 reserves the right to void or declare null any bet suspected of involving fraud, collusion, or system exploitation.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slot and game is transparently displayed in the respective game information.

6Account Usage & Security

Each member is fully responsible for all activity that takes place within their account. ong44 recommends that members take the following steps to ensure their account security at all times.

9Account Suspension & Termination

Ong44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Attempting to hack, exploit system vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform operations.
• Request by the member themselves to close their account.

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, ong44 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus credits that have not met the rollover requirements. Credits from valid cash deposits will be returned after the investigation is complete, subject to no related money laundering violations being found.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the ong44 support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within three business days.

10Responsible Gaming

• All disputes regarding game outcomes will be reviewed based on ong44 server log records, which serve as definitive evidence.
• Payment-related disputes will be investigated within a maximum of seven business days.
• Ong44's decisions regarding game and bonus disputes are final and binding unless there is substantial evidence of a system error.
